The kit is intended for bacterioscopy of meat and meat products (staining of smears according to GOST 21237 and GOST 23392), biochemical analysis of meat (reaction to peroxidase, formol reaction, reaction with cupric sulfate in accordance with GOST 23392).
The kit is intended for analysis of honey: determination of total acidity, amylase (diastase) activity, flour and starch impurities according to the “Regulations of veterinary and sanitary examination of honey and bee products”.
The kit is intended to determine the content of nitrates in products and fodder of plant origin in accordance with GOST 13496.19.
